Welcome! Here is a simple guide to get your custom mask:
1. Fill & Note: Complete the Character Order Form and make sure to note down the Form Verification Code.

2. Contact & Quote: Send the Form Verification code via DM to X@heyaoheyao or E-mail: heyaofetish@gmail.com. We'll verify details and provide a quote.
3. Deposit: Pay a deposit (typically 50%-60% of the total) as guided by our staff.
4. 3D Model Review: In 30-45 days after deposit, we'll DM you the 3D model pictures for your confirmation or modifications.
5. Production Starts: Once the model is approved, production begins!
6. Final Check & Payment: We'll DM you photos of the finished product. If all is good, our staff will guide you to pay the balance.
7. Shipping: Your item ships within one week of final payment via DHL.
8. Delivery: Please keep an eye out for potential customs notifications and assist with the clearance process.
9. Share & Tag! We'd love to see your new mask! Share your photos and feedback on X and tag @heyaoheyao

ご注文からお届けまでの流れをご案内します：
1. ご記入と確認： キャラクターオーダーフォームにご記入いただき、フォーム確認コードを必ずメモしてください。

2. お問合せとお見積り： その確認コードをX@heyaoheyaoへDM（または heyaofetish@gmail.com へメール）でお送りください。詳細を確認し、お見積りをご連絡します。
3. 着手金： スタッフの案内に従って、着手金（総額の50％～60％が目安）をお支払いください。
4. モデル確認： 着手金お支払いから30～45日後に、3Dモデルの写真をDMでお送りします。確認または修正のご希望を承ります。
5. 製作開始： モデルをご承認いただいた後、製作に移らせていただきます。
6. 完成品確認と残金： 完成品の写真をDMでお送りします。問題がなければ、スタッフが残金のお支払いをご案内します。
7. 発送： 残金入金確認後、1週間以内にDHLで発送いたします。
8. お受け取り： 通関手続きに関する通知メールが届く場合がございますので、どうかご協力をお願いいたします。
